Internal Audit — Finding

The daily and monthly forklifter checklist is currently being signed by the forklifter operator and supervisor. Since the tasks includes lifting operation and that of chemicals, this may lead to a possible incident in case of vehicle malfunction. It is suggested that these checklist should be signed by trained certified inspector.
