Internal Audit — Finding

During the site visit a washroom in the hall-1 of laboratory had unsatisfactory housekeeping (bad smell was also observed) and was used as Change room/Store (even after marked as “Do not Use”). Proper cleaning shall be carried out or if not used it shall be rennovated as a store.
