Internal Audit — Finding

In the Master List of Documents, two documents (OM-F-19 & OM-F-19A) are listed under the same title, “Tank Joint Dip Certificate,” but having different document numbers.
Also, in OM-SOPM-01 (pg-85,87), there is no identification of documents to differentiate.
