Description
At 181-CA, during the shifting of material, a spark was produced by striking an ex-rated portable light with scaffolding pipes placed on a metallic platform.
Recommendations
Prohibit use of electrical equipment in open areas during rainfall or wet conditions unless adequate protection is ensured.
