During welding on the cooling water drain line of Boiler # 04 as part of annual PM activities, the pipe spool being welded created a small electrical spark, resulting in minor burn marks on the insulation of an adjacent steam drain line.

Conduct toolbox talk and share the learning with fabrication team regarding the incident to prevent recurrence in future.
