Description
At 18:25 hrs, the MCP #06 (Staff Canteen) glass was broken during routine sweeping near it. The area was inspected and MCP was normalized.
Recommendations
Install a protective cover/ guard box over MCP #06 to prevent direct impact and physical damage.
