Description
At 18:25 hrs, the MCP #06 (Staff Canteen) glass was broken during routine sweeping near it. The area was inspected and MCP was normalized.
Recommendations
Counseling of housekeeping staff to be conducted on proper storage and safe handling of cleaning equipment.
