Tank # 56 (M/s AJC), several workers were observed not wearing safety goggles ,while other were using unclear (foggy / blurry) goggles, reducing eyes protection, some workers found working without gloves and other were wearing inappropriate gloves , in addition several workers were using damaged safety shoes.
