Observation

At tank # 05, some workers entered the tank whose names were not included in the SBM medical list .(Nizam sb, Usman sb, Mr. Nasir, Mr. Irfan, Mr. Kaim visitor and Mr. Shahid Lodhi ATL) informed to HSE supervisor ensure only medically cleared workers are allowed the tank to verify medical fitness before assigning confined space.
