Observation Summary
At DEL yard, the ambulance of M/s DEL was found locked and the driver and the key were not present, upon calling the driver it was found that he had no valid DDC and had not undergone safety induction/ medical examination. The ambulance was not equipped with approved medicines/ first aid kit, no fire extinguisher was found inside.
