Observation Summary
A truck carrying the food for M/S DEL was observed crossing gate #03 upon inspection it was found that the driver had no valid DDC, had not undergone safety induction/ medical examination. The truck was not equipped with a fire extinguisher and the battery terminals were found missing rubber boots. (Closed)
