Observation Summary
At tank #56, an electrical D.B receptacle got overheated and melted due to adjoining of internal wires. The observation was spotted by Stationary Mr. Furrukh and reported by Wasif Ali Fireman. The matter was immediately investigated by PRL electrical team, fire and stationary safety personnel and sorted out the same.
