Observation

At tank #05, During the dismantling of scaffolding inside Tank No. 05, it was observed that the worker was not wearing an N-95 mask, which is required for respiratory protection in confined spaces and dusty environments. The worker was immediately instructed to stop work and wear the required N-95 mask.
