Description
During the inspection of the bund wall a potential incident was identified involving exposed sharp edges on the MS railing, which may pose a risk of minor injury to personnel. That issue was observed at Tank-64 Yard Road No. 4 adjacent to the fire wall of the foam pourer and water sprinkling system.
